Appointments & Payments

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment.

• Deposits are applied toward your total service fee on the day of your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain deposit credit.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Remaining balances must be paid at the time of service.

Refunds & Exchanges

• All services are non-refundable once rendered.

• Prepaid packages, memberships, or gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened and unused.
