Refund & Return Policy

At URDAY Head Spa, we take great pride in the quality of our treatments and products.
Because our services are personalized and time-based, all appointments and purchases are subject to the following refund and return policies.
Service Appointments

All service deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred once if rescheduling is made at least 48 hours in advance.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

Once a service has been performed, it is non-refundable, regardless of results or satisfaction, as treatment outcomes may vary per individual.
Packages & Memberships

Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sessions must be used within the validity period specified at purchase (typically 6–12 months).

Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be extended under special circumstances with management approval.
Retail Products & Homecare

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations.

If a product is defective or causes an allergic reaction, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with proof of receipt for review.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service or retail item at URDAY Head Spa.
Online Purchases

For online bookings or product orders, please review details carefully before checkout.
