Cancellation Policy
🌿 URDAY Head Spa – Booking Policy 📅 Reservation All appointments require a $30 non-refundable deposit per guest to confirm your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final total on the day of your service. Appointments are by reservation only. Please book in advance as limited spots are available daily. ⏰ Late Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to begin your session on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened to accommodate the next client. ❌ Cancellation / Reschedule Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you wish to be placed on the waitlist, please message us directly. 💳 Payment The remaining balance (after deposit) is due at checkout on the day of your appointment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Credit Card (a 3% processing fee may apply for card payments). Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated. Please note that prices shown on the booking page are before deposit deduction. (For example, if the total is $180 and a $30 deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will be $150 at checkout.) 💆♀️ Policy Notes URDAY Head Spa is a private, one-guest-at-a-time studio — no additional guests or children, please. Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies, scalp conditions, or recent medical treatments. All sessions are customized based on scalp and stress condition using Josiane Laure Paris aromatherapy products. Gift cards are available and non-refundable once issued.
